My name is Sara and I have been a dance and fitness instructor and choreographer for over 20 years. My passion is dance and music of all genres. I grew up in Mauritius and migrated to Australia at a young age and lived in the UK and did my travels around Europe and Asia. I have never stopped dancing and will never stop! Dancing is for everyone, young or old regardless of age and ability , any movement is better than no movement.. I started out teaching hip hop and choreographed many competitions and then pursued my passion for dance with Zumba fitness in 2010. My love for Zumba is that I can teach all genres: hiphop, latin, afrobeats, bollywood , pop, rock , twists etc. My classes range from young to old and we all share that common goal to express ourselves whilst getting fit, having fun and making new friends. I am also a fitness instructor and life coach specialising in health and well being, weight loss, confidence building and achieving goals one step at a time. When you attend my class, you will be welcomed in a friendly way and we provide a safe and non- judgemental environment where you can be you and do you . I also do parties and create routines for your special occasion.
